A good initiative from some of the mothers of children in class 5 at Kunskapsskolan - let's meet and discuss issues we have, share experiences and, well, get to know each other.
We met up at Cyber Hub for a coffee.
Seen from upstairs in the middle of the day, the place looks fairly deserted.
By lunch time, though, quite a few people came to eat. There are a couple of very high office buildings in this area as well.
Café Delhi Heights
Considering it was the first time and in the middle of the day when many are at work, it was quite a good turnout.

See the guy up in the ... thingy pruning the bush? |

A very tasty and cooling virgin mojito.
I like the idea of serving a drink in a marmalade jar :-)
One of the topics of the day was discussing the fact that class 5b suddenly have a new teacher since 3 days and officially we actually had not been told yet. It all went so quickly because the original teacher had to leave immediately to care for a family member, who had taken ill.
We all enjoyed getting to know each other and agreed that a forum like this is important in order to share information and maybe also come up with suggestions for improvement for the school. Kunskapsskolan has brought a new way of thinking about education to India, and we are all trying to find our way - the best way to develop and move forward. Exciting and interesting to be a part of it all.
