Maia felt safe enough today to be on her own at school so I went to my first meeting with Gurgaon Connection - a group created by expats for expats. There is a meeting every Wednesday morning at the Hilton to connect with others. I met all kinds of people, got an amazing amount of information and good advice - my head is spinning now! Have to sort out all my impressions ... and pieces of paper with notes, e-mail addresses, phone numbers etc. Play date set up for Friday afternoon with an American/German/Indian family - one of the daughters is Maya ;-) - must be another sign, or?
